Join inventHERS at Cool Beans for Coffee, Creativity & Construction, a FREE monthly meetup designed to bring local homeschool families together for a little connection, creativity, and hands-on fun!
Parents can grab a coffee and settle in while we read What Do You Do With an Idea?, a beautiful story about nurturing our ideas, believing in them, and discovering just how powerful they can become.
Inspired by the story, young makers will explore clay construction, using their hands and imaginations to shape an idea and bring it to life in 3D. There are no examples to copy and no "right" thing to make, the fun is seeing where each child's imagination takes them!
Kids can then add their creation to their Idea Log, sketching their idea, giving it a name, and sharing what it does. Returning makers can bring their Idea Logs back each month, while new participants can start…
